The Sales Operations Associate supports the sales team by optimizing processes, analyzing data, and ensuring operational efficiency.
This role is key to improving sales performance, maintaining accurate records, and aligning cross-functional teams to support revenue growth.
In this role: Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate pipeline and sales reporting.
   Prepare sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management review.
   Support sales planning, target setting, and incentive tracking.
   Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations for smooth deal processing and compliance.
    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
   Assist in onboarding and training of new sales team members on tools and processes.
    Monitor and manage data quality, sales documentation, and contract accuracy.
