Job Description

Job Opening: Saudi Lawyer and Legal Advisor

Work Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional legal advice on Saudi laws and regulations, including but not limited to corporate law, labor law, commercial law, contract law, and licensing regulations.
  • Assist the company with compliance reviews and drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents.
  • Represent the company in communication and coordination with government departments, judicial bodies, and other legal entities.
  • Assist in resolving disputes, arbitration, or litigation cases related to the company’s business.
  • Monitor developments in Saudi legal policies and provide timely risk assessments and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the company team to support legal needs for Chinese enterprises or clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, commercial contracts, licensing processes, or government affairs.
