Job Description
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement advertising strategies that align with client goals, ensuring campaigns are effective and deliver results.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor account teams, providing guidance on campaign execution and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgets for client accounts, ensuring that projects are completed within financial parameters.
- Campaign Oversight: Monitor the progress of campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports to clients on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience with at least 5 yrs in account management, preferably in an advertising agency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, leadership, and strong communication skills to effectively manage client accounts and drive successful advertising campaigns.
