Resource Knowledge and Abilities:
 Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, information systems, computer engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
 5+ years of experience in system administration for Windows and/or Linux environments.
 Proficient in windows and Linux environment.
 Familiar with ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
 Ability to diagnose complex system issues and coordinate resolutions.
 Experience with virtualization and cloud-based infrastructure.
 Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
