Key Responsibilities:


  • Training Coordination:
    • Develop and implement the Construction Phase Training Plan in line with project and client requirements.
    • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for all personnel (EPCM, subcontractors, and vendors).Ensure all site personnel meet required certifications and training prior to site mobilization.
    • Organize site-specific training sessions such as HSE inductions, equipment operation, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response.
    • Maintain a comprehensive training matrix and training records for all staff and contractors.
    • Liaise with HSE and operations teams to ensure alignment of training with safety and commissioning needs.
  • Vendor Coordination:
    • Act as the primary interface between the project team and vendors during the construction phase.
    • Coordinate vendor mobilization, including logistical support, compliance documentation, and site access.
    • Oversee vendor representatives' activities onsite to ensure scope alignment, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
    • Monitor vendor deliverables and coordinate training related to vendor-supplied equipment and systems.
    • Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to ensure vendor support is aligned with the construction schedule.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Provide regular reports on training progress, vendor performance, and compliance status to project leadership.
    • Ensure alignment with project quality assurance, health and safety, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Support audits and inspections related to training and vendor coordination.
  • Relevant educational qualification.


    • Relevant experience in training and/or vendor coordination in EPCM or major industrial construction projects (preferably in the mining, phosphate, or chemical sectors).
    • Proven experience managing training programs and vendor interfaces in a construction environment.
    • Strong knowledge of construction HSE practices and regulatory compliance.
    • Familiarity with EPCM processes, vendor packages, and commissioning requirements.
