A Spec Sales Eng. Role, to drive & achieve sales plans for Life Safety / Emergency Lighting Systems for KSA
1. Develop and execute sales & marketing plans and programs, both, short and long term to ensure the profit growth and expansion of products and or/ services. This embraces strategies covering the introduction of the new product line, and both incremental growth within the presently established markets, together with market development in targeting growth region.
2. Develop annual and long term action plans, designed to ensure that Eaton targets for growth in the assigned territories are met.
3. Ensure timely, accurate quotations of the project quotes in assigned areas.
4. Prepare accurate and timely sales analysis on a monthly/weekly basis to provide management with information relating to Sales results and forecasts.
5. Provide technical backup to ensure client design approval is secured along with commissioning support (as required) for the ongoing projects and the installed base in the region of concern.
6. Effectively manage the design and implementation of the projects to ensure maximum profitability, smooth completion and handover.
7. Liaise with the Local Authorities to ensure relevant certification and local approvals required for Eaton products.
8. Maintain effective customer relations with Consultants, Contactors and End users to ensure and achieve the desired market position for the products.
9. Provide advice and guidance to the management regarding product requirements for the target markets with the objective of securing maximum market share and sustainable market growth.
10. Undertake Distributor management to ensure client satisfaction and the outgoing serviceability of safety critical equipment.
11. To communicate and connect other Eaton divisions in order to support and deliver cross selling within Eaton divisions in the assigned territory.
