Stack Developer (Angular & NestJS)

Quality Leads is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of high-performance web applications. You will bridge the gap between user-focused frontend design and robust backend architecture, ensuring our solutions are scalable, efficient, and maintainable. Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Excellence: Develop and maintain responsive, user-focused frontend applications using Angular, including component architecture, state management, and responsive design.
• Backend Scalability: Build robust, scalable backend services using NestJS, including API design, database integration, and microservices architecture.
• Code Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows best practices and team standards.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure collective growth and quality.
• Technical Translation: Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize application efficiency for a seamless user experience.
• Quality Assurance: Implement automated testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end (E2E) tests.
• Architecture & Documentation: Contribute to architecture decisions and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Production Support: Monitor and debug production issues, implementing timely and effective fixes to maintain system stability.
