  • Adapt your strategy and tools in real-time to suit different roles, levels, and functions.
  • Constantly look for opportunities to simplify and improve processes without losing effectiveness.
  • Culture & Employer Branding
  • Be an ambassador of our company culture and values.
  • Help communicate our unique story to candidates and ensure cultural fit is assessed during hiring.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and HR to strengthen our employer branding on social media and career platforms.
  • Data & Compliance
  • Track recruitment metrics, report on hiring progress, and use data to inform decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all recruitment activities.
  • Broader HR Engagement
  • Support other areas of HR as needed: onboarding, employee engagement, performance, or training.
  • Contribute ideas to shape a collaborative and people-centric HR function.
  • Act as a trusted partner to line managers and contribute to building strong, values-driven teams.
