Terminix Manager

Role Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing pest control operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. The role focuses on managing field teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pest control operations and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Lead, train, and manage pest control technicians to achieve high performance and service quality.
• Develop and implement pest management strategies tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage service schedules, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote pest control services.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting.

Preferred Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Entomology, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A postgraduate qualification in Operations Management or Business Administration (preferred).

Professional Certificates:

• Certified Pest Control Operator License (from relevant regulatory authority).
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred.
