The Warehouse Manager at Ninja is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.
This role includes managing staff, implementing effective inventory management practices, and optimizing warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities, and have a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all daily DC operations.
Analysis and follow up on the performance of receiving, storage, picking, IR.
Ensure achievement of operational and service KPIs.
Control inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage and losses.
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Manage the DC budget and control operational costs ( manpower, materials, ets.
.) Coordinate with transportation, stores ops, commercial, finance, Hr.
Prepare and present operational reports to director weekly ( ops performance, inventory, ets.
.) Plan DC capacity and ensure readiness for peak seasons.
Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with food safety and storage quality standards.
Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
