BSS Applications Lead
Experience: Minimum 7 years and above
- Oversee end-to-end technical transition of key BSS systems: Billing, Charging, Mediation, VOMS, Provisioning, CMS, RAFMS, ETopup.
- Develop and manage transition plans (timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments).
- Provide advanced technical support, ensuring system performance, reliability, and optimization.
- Lead and guide a team of engineers during transition and steady-state operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ensure quick issue resolution.
- Create detailed documentation, provide post-transition training, and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Monitor system performance, scalability, and implement improvements.
- Experience & Skills:
- Hands-on experience with BSS applications: Billing (Ericsson BSCS, Huawei CBS), Charging (Ericsson CS, Optiva), Mediation (Nokia, Ericsson), Provisioning (Nokia, Ericsson), RAFMS (Mobillium), CMS (Flytxt, Comviva).
- Proven experience managing system transitions and migrations in telecom environments.
- Expertise in BSS architecture, design, and integration.
- Familiarity with telecom technologies (3G, 4G, 5G) and database (Oracle, MySQL).
- Experience in Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Systems (RAFMS).
ESS Applications Lead
Experience: Minimum 7 years and above
- Manage end-to-end technical transition of ESS applications: Inhouse Portals, Digital Channels, Mobile Apps, COTS solutions, Payment Gateways, IP Contact Center.
- Understand functional/non-functional architecture, integrations, and infrastructure (web servers, app servers, databases).
- Develop and manage transition plans, including timelines, resources, risk assessments, and contingency strategies.
- Provide advanced technical support for ESS platforms, troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.
- Lead a team through transitions, ensuring smooth integration and operational stability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement improvements to prevent future issues.
- Monitor system performance, scalability, and implement optimization strategies.
- Create and maintain documentation, and provide training to operations teams post-transition.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and enhance system efficiency post-transition.
- Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in transitioning ESS applications (e.g., SharePoint, DMS, RLMS, QMS, WFM, Mobile Apps, COTS).
- Experience with IPCC systems (Cisco, Genesys) and Payment Gateways.
- Hands-on experience in ESS operations, development, and support.
- Knowledge of telecommunications technologies (3G, 4G, 5G), databases (Oracle, MySQL), and backend technologies (Java, .NET).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Flutter) and programming languages (PHP, Laravel).
VAS Applications Expert
Experience: Minimum 7 years and above
- Manage the end-to-end technical transition of VAS applications (SMSC, MMSC, AIR, OTA, VAS Consolidation Platform, SDP, USSD Gateway).
- Understand and document architecture, integrations, and infrastructure (web/app servers, databases, front-end and back-end technologies).
- Develop detailed transition plans with timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and contingency strategies.
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal VAS platform performance.
- Lead technical teams during transition phases, ensuring smooth integration while maintaining operational stability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to align technical solutions with business objectives.

- Lead end-to-end technical transition of CRM, Loyalty Platform, Order Management, and Inventory Gateway systems.
- Document CRM architecture (e.g., CRM 360View, Sales, Order Management, Campaign, SR management, CTI).
- Develop transition plans, manage resources, timelines, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance.
- Lead teams during transitions, ensuring smooth integration and operational stability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and teams to align technical deliverables with business objectives.
- Monitor system performance and scalability, implementing optimization strategies.

- Minimum 7 years and above

- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Document systems and train teams post-transition.

Sr. Database Administrator:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years and above
