Overall Purpose Of Position:
Act as the shift leader for FO team, supporting, coaching and coordinating the team.
Coordinate Assigned Team organizing shifts, securing Front office availability and Awareness of needs.
Manage to continuously increase the skills of the assigned team about technologies involved and also about related processes and tools.
Report about service related metrics and performance.
Main tasks:
Monitor real time FO performance based on current incidents and SLAs
Ensure in time escalation to Incident Managers
Ensure in time technical and operational escalation
Drive high priority incidents to minimize/solve outage
Escalate properly all blocking points
Follow operational procedures without deviation
Keep a good communication across project teams
Encourage and drive FO/BO decisions based on operational processes
No major escalations
No major outage with penalties
Meet P1 and P2 KPI target
Support FO and BO when requested
Escalate and follow up IT related issues
Identify operational risks and escalate them
Identify opportunities for improvement
Escalation interface for NOC
Be the bridge among FO/BO/IM teams
Working in shifts 24x7 , include Morning,Evening and Night shifts and also work during some weekends.
Knowledge, Experience And Technical Skills:
Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent level gained by experience, in Information Technology / Electronics / Telecommunications / Data communications Engineering
Experience with ICT operations and maintenance support.
Experience as FO in NOC or similar.
Be able to judge on operational acceptance complex new systems / applications
Qualifications that are an advantage:
Experience in a monitoring environment using a network management system.
Experience in a Network Operations or IT service desk environment.
Good understanding of Telecom technologies and services with special focus on Core PS, Core CS, VAS and Intelligent Network of different vendors (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Italtel, Juniper, etc)
Good understanding of IT technologies
Previous experience in the NOC environment.
Ability to learn the working of new nodes which are added in the network
Good knowledge of support and supply processes

Spanish Language (Native language)
Good understanding of English (written & spoken)
Analytical and incident/problem resolution and prioritization skills
Operational awareness and ownership
Hands-on, practical approach, know “to get things done”
Willing to learn and constantly improve technical knowledge
Discipline on process adherence, reporting and administration
Be able to work under high operational pressure/stress
Pro active and independent in gathering knowledge
Good verbal and written communication skills

Flexible working hours (working in shifts)
