  • Drive product discovery, formulate data-driven hypotheses and convert them into analysis and actionable insights.
  • Own analytics tasks end to end in the product development cycle: from ideation and opportunity sizing to experimentation and post-launch impact analyses.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders acting as a strategic and supportive link between the technology, business, and product.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Demonstrable experience with the application of statistical modeling and advanced analytics to provide product-shaping insights and drive decision-making
  • Deep theoretical and applied knowledge in at-least one of the following areas: supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, game theory, statistical inference, bayesian statistics, causal inference, time series analysis, decision theory, mathematical optimisation
  • Good understanding of software development and agile methodologies
  • Mastery in SQL and statistical programming (Python) and experience working with popular libraries such as Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks

Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.

We believe driven talent deserves:

  • 🍔 Monthly Glovo credit to satisfy your cravings!
  • 💳 Discounts on transportation, food, and even kindergarten expenses.
  • 🏊 Wellhub membership to keep you energised.
