As an Brand Manager at Reckitt, you'll nurture our brands with creativity and strategic insight. We're seeking a dynamic marketer to collaborate on exciting brand journeys, turn insights into action, and deliver memorable marketing campaigns. •Develop brand strategy and marketing plans for Reckitt Taiwan key brands – MoveFree and MegaRed.
•Collaborate with cross-functional team to execute brand strategy and plans to achieve category business objectives and brand marketing measurements.
•Lead 1 ABM to make sure all the marketing activities be optimized
•Execute market research activities to identify consumer and customer insights.
•Develop and execute brand marketing plans, from NPD/ EPD development, route to market strategy, media communications to promotion plan and tactics.
•Track marketing initiatives against set measurements to enhance effectiveness and business impact.
•Deliver brand growth targets with brand P&L accountability and market share growth.
•Manage marketing expenditures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness/ ROIs.
•Collaborate with cross functional team to identify needs & opportunities, developing pricing, distribution, consumer promotion strategies for assigned category.
•University or above degree in marketing, business administration or related disciplines
•Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing preferably with FMCG companies
•New product development, project management and launch plan execution
•Adaptation/ localization of global/ regional marketing strategies, copy/ program resources to drive local business growth
•Develop, present/ align, and execute brand plans including advertising/ communications, media, digital/ social, consumer promotion, trade/ in-store, product/ pricing, etc.
•Market research exposure on U&A, concept & copy development, brand performance tracking, etc.
•Collaborate with agency for TVC/ print/ digital creative development & production
•Media brief development, execution plan and post-track/ optimization
•Understands P&L and budget management to deliver sales, margin, profit targets.
•Fluent written and spoken English
