Wood is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join in Large-Scale Construction Projects in Thailand on a contract basis.

  • Taking off quantities per drawing
  • To assist in the cost planning, cost control, contract management to the project requirements
  • Preparing tender document, bill of quantities, contract and other related cost document
  • Assist in project estimate, tender, variation order audit, settlement
  • Finish other works appointed by line manager

Quantity survey / drawing re - measurement work:



  • Review tender / contract specifications and drawings
  • Prepare / verify Bills of Quantities and scope of work
  • Procedure control, cost control of responsible contracts
  • Risk analysis and forecast for responsible contracts
  • Assess and handle claim, variation and extra works
  • Maintain proper filing of all quantity survey documentations
  • Assist in contract close - out and final account settlement

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience for Mechanical or equivalent work in Oil & Gas plant / Petrochemical plant
  • Experience of working for PMC or EPC project is preferable
  • Experience in quality surveying (QS) against MTO and BOQ
  • Experience in preparation of payment and re - measurement
  • Familiar with pricing mechanism and instruction to price schedule
  • Teamwork attitude and problem solving skills
  • Good command in English
