As part of strengthening its industrial structure in Tunisia, Lesaffre is looking for a VIE Project Engineer to support and lead its development, modernization, and optimization projects for its production equipment.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Your profile:
You have an engineering background in mechanical, civil, or industrial engineering, you are eager to apply your skills to industrial investment projects.
You have a first successful experience (1-2 years) in a factory and have already lead or contributed to investment projects.
You are familiar with project management principles and have strong organizational skills.
You are comfortable using technical tools such as AutoCAD.
You are recognized for your ability to coordinate various stakeholders and to communicate clearly, in a structured way.
You demonstrate a strong sense of initiative, autonomy, and rigor.
English language is required.
