Job Description
  •  Cover 3rd line support as required.
  •  Owning the delivery and resolution of technical problems & incidents.
  •  Responsible for Patch Management.
  •  Review logs, monitoring solutions, alerts and other items to ensure service availability and performance.
  •  Ensure technical documents and policies for SCCM to be up to date and accurate.
  • Supporting the technology operations management team in developing and delivering innovative technology initiatives.
  •  Acting as a point of escalation, providing guidance and support as required.


Qualifications and Experience

Technical:


  • Min 3 years of expertise in Administration of SCCM/Intune, MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) and PowerShell
  •  Understanding of Infrastructure technology and protocols(DHCP, PXE)
  •  Microsoft solutions (AD, AAD, Intune, SCCM, SQL) 
  • Several years expertise in Software deployment and patching
  • Windows Server Administration knowledge

Interpersonal skills and competencies


  •  Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory
  • University degree
  • Good communications/ presentation skills
  • High customer focus; · Team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution focus, high drive.
