Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize our Production, Maintenance, and Launch departments. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of these functions to achieve operational excellence. he will be a proven leader with deep expertise in management principles, financial budgeting, and coaching high-performing teams. He's is the driving force behind meeting production targets, ensuring equipment reliability, and successfully introducing new models into our manufacturing environment.

Main Missions :

• Oversee and optimize production, maintenance, and launch operations.
• Ensure smooth execution of new product launches using APQP/PPAP principles.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs such as OEE, throughput, first-pass yield, and equipment uptime.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production challenges and optimize processes.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and support problem-solving initiatives across departments.
• Represent the company externally with customers, suppliers, and partners. 

To be successful for this role :

• University Degree
• 10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, including 5+ years in senior management.
• Strong expertise in production management, maintenance, and new product launches.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, Lean Manufacturing, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Proven leadership, team coaching, and financial management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities

Language Skills:

• Good communication skills in both French and English
