Job Description

Job Title:   Senior Data Analyst - Product Analytics (Remote)
Location: Tunis, Tunisia

Overview of Role:


We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Product Analytics team, supporting Product Managers in driving data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, visualization, and communication, with a strong understanding of product metrics, user journeys and funnels to drive product strategy. Experience in attribution modeling or marketing analytics is a plus. Join us to drive impactful product decisions in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards in Looker and Looker Studio to inform product decisions


- Write efficient SQL queries in Snowflake or BigQuery to extract relevant data


- Collaborate with Product Managers to identify key metrics, dimensions, and analytics requirements


- Analyze data to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable recommendations


- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, influencing product roadmap decisions


- Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to data governance standards



REQUIREMENTS:


  • Technical Proficiency:

- SQL and Database Management: Snowflake, BigQuery


- Data Visualization: Looker, Tableau, Power BI


- Programming: Python or R (desirable)


  • Analytical Skills:

- Data Interpretation and Insight Generation


- Problem-Solving: creative data-driven solutions


- Statistical Knowledge: significance testing, confidence intervals


  • Business Acumen and Product Sense:

- Understanding of Product Metrics


- User Journey and Funnel Analysis


- Strategic Mindset: aligning analytics with product and company goals


  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:

- Clear Storytelling: translating complex data into actionable narratives


- Cross-functional Collaboration: product managers, engineers, designers, marketing


- Influencing Skills: advocating for data-driven decisions


  • Soft Skills:

- Curiosity and Adaptability: experimentation, hypothesis testing, flexibility


- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills


  • Nice to Have:

- Experience with implementation and analysis of attribution modeling, campaign analysis


- Familiarity with marketing economics (cohort analysis, churn management, RFM models)


- Knowledge of online marketing channels (Paid , Email , SEA, SEO)
