Role and Responsibilities
7+ years Network Optimization experience, 3+ years of 5G oversea optimization experience
Proficient in spoken English, which can be used as a daily working language
Good working attitude and ability to withstand high-intensity work pressure
Familiarity with GULN wireless principles
Familiarity with Huawei RF features and optimization solution provide
Proficient in analyzing Cluster DT issues and provide Cluster DT optimization solutions
Proficient in analyzing OSS KPIs issues and troubleshooting root case, provide KPI improvement Solution
Ability to perform the role of a city optimization TL
Proficiency in using network optimization tools And platform
Non-Chinese nationals with Chinese proficiency will be given priority
