You Will




  • Identify production equipment and fixture requirements, prepare technical specifications, and lead procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.



  • Monitor and continuously improve process team performance.



  • Act as the main industrial contributor in P1 projects and manage all related industrial deliverables.



  • Conduct investment and cost analyses for new equipment and production line installations.



  • Lead and prepare PFMEA, process flow charts, work instructions, Level 1 maintenance plans, and all required industrial documentation.



  • Optimize and reduce non–value-added activities, consumables, cycle time, and OEE losses on production lines.



  • Contribute to projects focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and manufacturing process improvements.



  • Support manufacturing teams in achieving OEE and QCD performance targets.




You Are



  • A graduate in Mechanical, Mechatronics,Electrical/Electronics, or Automotive Engineering.



  • Experienced with 5  years in developing new automated assembly lines within the automotive industry, preferably in a Tier 1 supplier environment.



  • Equipped with team management experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities.



  • A strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.



  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.



  • A strong team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.



  • Free from international travel restrictions and open to global mobility when required.



  • Willing and eager to work in a multicultural, cross-functional team environment.
