Human Resources


Join a prestigious team of HR professionals, specializing in talent management, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning. Collaborate with HR experts, managing a wide array of HR functions and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent from around the world.


What to expect from this position at VavaCars:


    • Manage the relationship and operations with an external payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Prepare the monthly accrual report and collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate month-end closing.
    • Analyze market trends and introduce innovative practices to engage and motivate employees.
    • Design compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with the company’s strategic objectives when necessary.
    • Update compensation plans to include both monetary and non-monetary benefits tailored to employee needs.
    • Collaborate with the Central Finance team to manage and optimize the compensation and benefits budget.
    • Regularly review prevailing pay rates to ensure alignment with market standards.
    • Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions, job analyses, and job classifications.
    • Structure compensation frameworks to maximize organizational value and employee satisfaction.
    • Assess and report on the impact and effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
    • Manage and track the HR budget.
