POZİSYON ÖZETİ
Verilen siparişleri hazırlar. Ürünlerin reçetelere uygun hazırlandığından emin olur. Hazırlanan ürünün kalite ve sunum standartlarına uygunluğunu kontrol eder. Günlük hazırlanan ürünlerin fazla olması durumunda Şefini bilgilendirir. Menüde olup, kalmamış ürünlerle ilgili Yiyecek İçecek departman çalışanlarını bilgilendirir. Tüm mutfak alanlarını, ekipmanları ve araç-gereçleri yıkayıp dezenfekte eder. Yiyeceklerin uygun ısıda saklandığından emin olur.
