As an Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, overseeing the design and development of Distribution Transformers liquid filled for our diverse product portfolio. You will drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects.

How you will make an impact

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  
  
  

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of electrical design development, from concept and specification through design, prototyping, testing, and production support.

  
  
  

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical and tender engineering teams to ensure seamless design of transformers.

  
  
  

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for electrical engineering initiatives.

  
  
  

• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and failure analysis to optimize product performance and reliability.

  
  
  

• Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance engineering capabilities and product innovation.

  
  
  

• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, test plans, and reports.Communicate technical concepts and project status effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  
  
  

• Managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  
  
  

Your background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  
  
  

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a leadership or management role is a plus.

  
  
  

• Proven experience in the design, development, and testing of transformers. Strong understanding of customer requirement & problem solver approach. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate technical teams, manage projects, and deliver results within deadlines.

  
  
  

• Proficiency with design tools. Solid knowledge of internation standards like IEC, EN and IEEE/ANSI.

  
  
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

  
  
  

• ​Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
