Job Description
  • Manage and monitor all import operations and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up every shipments until to delivery to warehouse
  • Arrangement and finalizing of the customs clearance of the products
  • Obtaining & arranging the necessary documents , forwarding to the Customs Agent and detailed follow-up of the customs procedures
  • Follow up Customs & Tax regulations
  • Follow up payment with Finance Department ( tax, supplier invoices etc..)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import/export operations
  • Proficiency in import/export documentation and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs clearance processes
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Office programs & SAP
