What You’ll Be Doing: - Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels to find top talent aligned with our mission.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and identify the best candidates for further stages.
- Candidate Engagement: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leads, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Job Postings & Branding: Help create compelling job descriptions and share our brand message across recruitment platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the People & Culture team to understand hiring needs and build strategies to attract top talent.
