- Strategic Learning Development
- Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and future business needs.
- Analyze workforce skill gaps and design tailored development programs to address them with working closely L&D program manager & Organizational Development teams.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging practices to ensure the learning strategy remains relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-create engaging, interactive, and scalable learning solutions.
Innovative Learning SolutionsIdentify and implement innovative learning technologies such as AI, interactive trainings, micro learnings.Apply instructional design principles to create high-quality, engaging e-learning content that enhances learner retention and performance.Promote micro learning, personalized learning pathways, and other modern methodologies.
Digital Learning and Technology IntegrationOversee the design and deployment of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools.Drive the adoption of e-learning platforms and ensure seamless integration with organizational processes.Use analytics and data-driven insights to continuously improve learning outcomes.
Performance Measurement and ROI AnalysisEstablish metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.Analyze the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals.Report on the ROI of learning strategies to key stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relavant fields,
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Digital Learning & Development and Learning Strategy roles, preferably within complex or fast-paced organizations,
- Strong experience in developing and implementing learning strategies aligned with business goals and future workforce needs,
- Hands-on experience with digital learning technologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and emerging learning tools (e.g., AI-enabled learning solutions),
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage learning data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and measure ROI,
- Up-to-date awareness of industry trends, best practices, and innovations in learning and development,
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working with internal partners and external vendors,
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
