II - Who We Are Looking For?
We are seeking a mid-level Legal Engineer (2-4 years) to bridge the gap between law and AI.
You should have hands-on experience building with Python, LLM APIs, and RAG architectures , with the ability to implement technical specifications independently.
The ideal candidate is a self-directed problem solver who can debug issues across the stack and communicate technical concepts to legal stakeholders.
Fluency in English is required; experience with MCP, knowledge graphs, or ontologies is a strong plus.

III - What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
(i) Work on legal tech projects using Python programming to develop and implement AI-driven legal solutions.
(ii) Utilize advanced prompt engineering and work directly with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.
) to enhance the effectiveness of legal processes.
(iii) Design and implement RAG architectures , utilizing vector databases and search systems like Elasticsearch for legal data retrieval.
(iv) Build and test proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for LLM pipelines , ensuring they translate complex legal requirements into functional technical solutions.
(v) Debug and optimize ML/LLM systems across the entire stack to ensure high-quality, compliant legal outputs.
(vi) Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate knowledge graphs, ontologies, or taxonomies into the legal tech infrastructure.
(vii) Document technical workflows and communicate development progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
(viii) Explore and implement emerging technologies, such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) , to stay at the forefront of legal AI.
(ix) Independently manage technical specifications from inception to implementation within a fast-paced environment.
IV - What Is Required from You?
(i) Qualifications: Law degree or a strong demonstrable interest in legal tech; a Master’s or PhD degree is a plus.
(ii) Experience: Mid-level professional ( 2-4 years of experience ) who is self-directed and capable of working independently.
(iii) Technical Proficiency: Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
(iv) Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of RAG architectures , vector databases, and data analysis for LLM pipelines.
(v) Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving ability to diagnose and resolve issues across prompts, data, and code.
(vi) Domain Expertise: Ability to understand complex legal concepts and translate them into precise technical requirements.
(vii) Communication Skills: Excellent documentation skills and the ability to bridge the gap between legal and engineering teams.
(viii) Learning Agility: A high capacity to quickly learn and apply specific legal domain knowledge to AI models.
(ix) Preferred Skills: Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) , knowledge graphs, or taxonomy work is highly desirable.
(x) Work Environment: Disciplined, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented legal AI setting.
