We offer you the chance to become a part of the Business Logistics team as a Logistics and Demand Coordinator. Our role is to manage and optimize the Business Logistics within the region according to the business requirements. Business Logistics is a function within the Sales and Marketing organization for Professional Hygiene, Turkey. You will have a key role in Business Logistics organization to translate commercial needs into accurate demand plans towards production organizations in order to fulfil our customer needs. Our customers are based in Turkey, Ukraine and CIS-countries.
The position is based in Kartal, Istanbul and working on a hybrid pattern which will be 3 days in the office and 2 days flexibility to work from home.
What You will do:
Generate accurate base and promotional demand plans at multiple levels of aggregation for the sales organizations
Analyze all relevant data to deliver accurate demand plans to ensure efficient supply chain execution and fulfillment of our customer needs
Drive the demand management process in the Region to secure Service Level optimization, while at the same time secure local understanding and agreement on the process with the commercial organization
Lead/take part in local S&OP process and demand reviews together with Commercial teams according to the agreed S&OP guidelines
Establish systematic analysis to understand the main drivers for deviations, secure that root cause analysis is done, deviations are defined, and action plans are carried out to improve defined Key Performance Indicators
Secure excellent SAP APO master and Life Cycle Management data handling by regular data updates and cleaning
Drive and secure an excellent Phase in / Phase out process to avoid leftovers and service level issues
Identify and contribute to the continuous improvement opportunities in relation to demand planning processes, systems and tools. Raise potential improvement areas to the process owners
Coordinate all our Logistics processes with our 3PL-partner
Stock management
Who You are:
University degree in Business administration or similar
Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience from Demand Management function
Experience of S&OP processes and logistics
Previous experience of SAP APO or similar ERP system is an advantage
Experience from international environment is an advantage
Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel
Fluent English and Turkish is a must
Customer and Consumer focus
Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented approach towards challenges
Self-going and proactive
Good communication skills
