The SWA assays & NPC & Molecular & Coagulation Marketing Manager leads and coordinates the team including Product Managers, and plays a key role in ensuring the alignment of marketing strategies for SWA assays, NPC (including Diabetes Care), Coagulation, and Molecular products with the broader organizational goals. With the team, responsible for creating demand and improving sales for the Dia portfolio. Ensures the marketing strategies and plans for activities such as defining commercial requirements for Dia products/services for the assigned affiliate to meet customer and business requirements. Responsible for sharing an in-depth understanding of customers, competition, market trends, and evolving industry dynamics in the local market to global business areas to ensure global product development and marketing strategies are supportive of the local market. Demonstrates VACC leadership traits, selects, develops, and evaluates employees ensuring the efficient operation of the function. This position requires strong leadership skills, critical thinking, a strong collaboration attitude and a deep understanding of the market and customer needs in the Healthcare & IVD industry.

Ensure a clear & deep understanding of the market and customer needs within the organization and the marketing team.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations and ensure the marketing team is ready to act accordingly.
Monitor market analysis, competitive activity, market opportunities, and customer needs to build value for the customers and patients.
Steer the vision and strategy of the marketing mix, emphasizing customer engagement.
Define an overarching business strategy for the current and future product portfolio.
Lead the product portfolio business plan preparations, one of the building blocks of Leads the General RDT Business Plan for the upcoming years.
Oversee the development of specific marketing strategies and plans for the product portfolio, a core element of the integrated strategic plans (ISP).
Ensures that the ISP of the products reflects global and local product-specific objectives.
Oversee the implementation of product strategies & plans and take necessary actions.
Actively participate in pricing strategies.
Oversee marketing budget creation and budget utilization.
Accelerate and enhance the use of new marketing tools, methods, and concepts in the marketing team (e.g. account-based marketing, content marketing, digital marketing tools).
Drive digital transformation and process enhancement for consistent customer engagement.
Effectively collaborate and partner with a cross-functional team including various local, regional, and global collaborators.
Ensure all activities align with Roche Policy Guidelines, RDT quality expectations, brand guidelines, and local regulations.
Ensure effective communication and awareness campaigns are realized via collaborating with internal teams and external collaborators.
Manage relations with Key Opinion Leaders and external stakeholders.
Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and market shares.
Lead, develop, and evaluate the team members.
Take end-to-end ownership of product portfolio campaign management, events management, customer communications, and product portfolio lifecycle management.
Who You Are :
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare (e.g., Biology, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering), Business Administration, or a related science/engineering field. Advanced degrees like an MBA or Master’s in Marketing or Business Administration are a plus.
You excel in communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, planning, and critical thinking, with a strong ability to analyze market data and trends to inform marketing strategies.
You have 5+ years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry, with proven skills in strategy development, people management, and project execution. Sales experience is a plus.
You thrive in collaborative, matrixed environments, building strong cross-functional relationships to tackle strategic challenges.
You demonstrate commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and a solid grasp of financials, successfully managing complex, high-pressure projects.
