Process Analyst Engineer


You will be responsible for analysing technical aspect of production performance via utilizing production systems to identify the improvement areas of process.


The position will be based in Izmir and report to Process Analyst Manager.


Position:


As the Process Analyst Engineer, you will:


  • Dive deep into manufacturing losses, analyze the root causes, and propose effective solutions for follow-up
  • Develop and prepare insightful dashboards to address critical production performance issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, instilling a zero-loss mindset and driving work process improvement initiatives
  • Utilize your expertise as a power user in our Manufacturing Operations Management System, ensuring seamless coordination between production and warehouse operations
  • Lead initiatives to reduce reject rates and material waste, working closely with the production department
  • Play an active role in problem-solving sessions for production cell organizations using data-driven analysis
  • Provide critical support during the Annual Strategic Planning phase with accurate data analysis and executive presentations
  • Contribute to the compelling business needs of our factory through qualification in relevant management systems and tools, in line with IWS(Integrated Work System) requirements

Requirements:


  • University degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production processes to bring valuable insights to drive improvements
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken) 
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications, intermediate knowledge/experience working with SAP, MS Power BI knowledge is an asset
  • Analytical mindset to interpret and analyze complex data sets effectively
  • Familiarity with IWS(Integrated Work System) methodologies is an asset
