Location : Istanbul/Tuzla, DESBASReponsibilities
- Develop and implement a department growth strategy.Effectively manage the technology department, coordinate team activities, and ensure key KPI achievement: MTTR, MTBF, OEE.
- Plan, monitor, and oversee technical maintenance.
- Develop maintenance and repair plans for equipment installations.
- Create instructions following the company’s internal standards.
- Calculate and order spare parts and materials for equipment.
- Actively participate in the development and scaling of production equipment and systems.
- Report to senior management.
Qualifications
- Higher education (technical field).
- Experience in managing a team of skilled engineers involved in introducing new products into production.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.Knowledge of production capacity planning and workforce requirements.
- Experience in creating production documentation.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
