Job description

The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye.
Ajax Systems is the largest developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe. The back office, R&D department, and two full-cycle production facilities are located in Ukraine. The company has branch offices worldwide: UAE (Dubai), Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Canada, and many other regions. Reponsibilities


  • The FAI process organization and support 
  • The FAI process control, training in critical aspects of production (or training if  ESD skills and certification are available)
  • Organization, optimization, and improvement of production control processes
  • Conducting inspections of production processes
  • Production key quality indicators monitoring, analysis, and response to deviations
  • Preparation of reports based on the results of the analysis of inconsistencies
  • Regulatory documentation creation, description of processes and procedures to ensure team functioning
  • Team management
  • Setting clear KPIs for the team
  • Coordination and tracking of corrective and preventive actions within the team
  • Mentoring and training new team members
  • Conducting meetings on inconsistencies and process quality, supporting continuous system improvements

Qualifications


  • Higher education (technical, standardization/quality systems)
  • More than 2 years of work experience in the field of the quality management system
  • Experience with regulatory documentation (GOST, DSTU, ISO)
  • Knowledge of European and Turkish legislation, regulatory documents, standards, rules, and norms related to quality management systems and technical regulations is desirable
  • Good command of English
