Your Role As part of our Road Logistics Telesales team, you'll be responsible for managing your own customer portfolio. Your role will involve offering expert guidance and dependable support to ensure customer satisfaction while fostering opportunities for growth. Your Responsibilities
- Analysing customer needs and potential and use them as basis for developing suitable activities for achieving your sales targets and the shared goals with your team.
- Writing quotations and dealing with tenders.
- Analysing sales KPIs, deriving the actions required to ensure customer loyalty.
- Being a competent, approachable contact for your customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Working closely with your colleagues from the sales department.
- Documenting your work reliably to ensure a continuous chain of communication.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or internal sales within a multinational company.
- Comprehensive knowledge of logistics, particularly in transportation, freight forwarding or shipping is necessary.
- Willing to work with numbers and good analytic skills.
- Enjoy working with customers and have a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and outstanding on closing deals.
- Native Turkish as well as fluency in English Language.
