Now, we are looking for a highly motivated “Marketing & Sales Management Trainee” to join and enrich our team. The ideal candidate will play an important role as a part of the Immunology Commercial Team to support ongoing activities, and get the full ownership of specific processes and projects. Requirements for the role:

• Fresh graduates or young professionals with maximum of 2 years professional experience with a degree from reputable universities in a related field (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or an MBA degree)
• Excellent command of English
• Knowledge of MS Office tools
• A mindset to challenge the status quo without hesitation
• Strategic approach to operate, find solutions and deliver results in a complex, matrix and cross-cultural environment
• Proactive attitude and initiative taking 
• Curiosity to go beyond
• Passion for team-play with can-do attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external)
• There might be some travel required for this position (up to 30% of the time)
