Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Private Security Law No. 5188 and related regulations.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong background in physical and electronic security systems.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in physical security operations, preferably within the logistics, warehousing, distribution center, and facility security environment.
• Proven technical expertise in CCTV and camera systems, including system design, installation, monitoring, recording infrastructure, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in risk assessments, security audits, incident management, and reporting.
• Previous team management and supplier/vendor management experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a disciplined, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and preferably familiar with reporting and/or security management software.

Job Description:

• Ensure the implementation and governance of DSC Regional Security policies, standards, and procedures, with a strong focus on logistics operations, across the assigned region.
• Support and deliver key security objectives related to the protection of people, facilities, operational assets, customer assets, sensitive internal information, and corporate reputation.
• Reduce risk exposure by implementing unified DHL Security standards through risk classification, audits, and corrective action plans across logistics sites.
• Oversee and continuously improve physical security, electronic security, and CCTV systems, ensuring technical effectiveness, compliance, and operational reliability.
• Monitor security processes, performance indicators, and incidents; prepare regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and coordinate security service providers and suppliers, ensuring all practices are executed in line with contractual requirements and corporate standards.
• Work closely with operations, facility management, and other stakeholders to ensure security measures support business continuity and operational efficiency within logistics environments.
