What You’ll Do?


  • Work with the supply chain development leader to understand overall supply chain vision and strategy, and identify new initiatives for continuous improvement or process innovation. 
  • Work with product, technology and data teams  to communicate the business requirements and support defining and building the systems and analytics models.
  • Work with users to understand their challenges, their current workflow, capture their requirements and propose analytics-enabled process improvements. 
  • Manage the business requirements process for technology projects by facilitating, gathering, documenting, validating, prioritizing, and establishing baseline business requirements for the requests in the Supply Chain domain.
  • Implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems, ensure the ongoing alignment of the model with evolving business needs.
  • Conducting cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects/products as input to the organization’s IT roadmap.
  • Conduct complex, quantitative and statistical analyses, combine them with your common sense and then come up with smart conclusions and recommendations
  • Working with 3rd party logistics operation & IT teams to deliver Getir Supply Chain vision and technology agenda

 What You’ll Bring?


  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain business and systems processes, and an ability to understand and explain issues from both a technical and a business functional point of view
  • Experience in warehousing and distribution pillar of supply chain is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in an Engineering field) from a reputable university
  • Experience in Retail, FMCG or Ecommerce industries
  • Software understanding & software project experience
  • Experience in Project Management or System Implementation
  • Strong analytical skills, experience working in large data sets, and data-driven argumentation
  • VBA / Excel Macro knowledge is a big plus
  • A really good knowledge of data management, forecasting technology and supply chain & logistics management.
  • Excellent Excel skills & willingness to master the spreadsheet
  • Ability to develop dashboards in data analytics tools such as Tableau etc. is preferred
  • Communication skills. You definitely need them when you do presentations. And when you know, communicating with other humans
  • Extreme willingness to learn, relearn, and learn again.
  • Effective facilitation skills to liaise between users and technical roles. 
  • Patience and ability to explain technical terms and concepts when training users.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to work with the supply chain leaders and commercial leaders, ensuring successful analytics deployment and propose continuous improvement opportunities. 
  • You should be a native Turkish and advanced English speaker.
  • Amazing social skills. You’ll be a part of a really cool team.
