As a Visualization Manager, you will convey performance of Alcon visualization equipment. Your main responsibility will be the sales and promotion of our visualization product portfolio. We are looking for one person based in Ankara and one based in Izmir. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Sales and market share responsibility across Alcon’s Visualization equipment portfolio; Ngeunity , Luxor and Argos
Drive equipment penetration and upgrades in target customers
Increase Alcon and visualization installed base through dedicated focus on gaining competitive accounts and upgrade Alcon accounts to latest Alcon technology
Convey Alcon's value (beyond equipment) through thorough demos
Proactively collaborate with IOL Manager & SEM in identifying potential targets and new customers.
Cross-functional support to advise and support other Alcon Sales Representatives in their work
Report on competitor activities
Initiate follow-up to product related complaint
Consistently act in accordance with SOPs and medical device regulatory environment
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Minimum of 3 years of sales force experience in medical devices, preferably in visualization surgery
Educational Background; Ideally Biomedical preferred or related field. KDE Certificate.
Fluent Turkish and English (written and spoken)
Driving License
Demonstrated autonomy and ability to travel up to 90 % to customer sites in the assigned region; valid driver license and passport
Hunter” (customer lead and opportunity-seeking) mindset with ability to work in highly competitive environments, focusing on demos and conversion of competitive accounts
Strong business and selling acumen
Excellent communication skills, both technically and interpersonally
Strong problem-solving skills
