• Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including filing, scheduling, answering calls, and responding to emails.
• System Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in company systems and databases.
• Client Management: Organize and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Image and Video Assistance:
• Assist in organizing, editing, and managing visual assets for projects or promotional purposes.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery and proper storage of media files.
• Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
• Coordination: Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and other office activities
• Familiarity with basic image/video editing tools is a bonus.
• Experience with CRM or database management systems is a plus.
