Operate mobile/crawler cranes safely at ADNOC sites in compliance with HSEMS and Life Saving Rules


Follow PTW system, approved lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements


Perform daily pre-use inspections and ensure crane fitness before operation


Execute lifting, hoisting, and positioning of loads within SWL and load chart limits


Coordinate with lifting supervisors, riggers, and signalmen using standard signals/radio


Monitor wind speed, ground conditions, and environmental restrictions


Maintain crane logbooks and inspection records


Report defects, near misses, and unsafe conditions and stop work when required


Use PPE at all times and participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
