In this role, you will lead architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring innovative design solutions that meet client needs while adhering to project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and present architectural designs, concepts, and proposals to clients and project stakeholders.
Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical designs.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and other project documentation.
Mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and construction.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on commercial and residential projects.
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
Excellent design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
