Key Responsibilities
1. Prequalification & Documentation
Prepare comprehensive prequalification documents, material logs, submittals, and finish schedules.
Ensure all project materials are accurately documented with appropriate codes and regularly updated to reflect any changes.
2. Material Submittals
Collect and organize information and documents from suppliers into complete submittal packages.
Verify compliance with client requirements by including test reports, warranties, method statements, certificates, and other necessary documentation.
3. Sample Boards
Professionally prepare sample boards for each project based on specifications.
Arrange samples in alignment with project requirements and standards.
4. Quality Assurance
Review submittal packages for accuracy and completeness.
Confirm that selected materials meet all specified requirements.
5. Communication & Coordination
Address client clarifications and requests promptly to facilitate approvals.
Conduct meetings and coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to streamline processes and meet timelines.
6. Problem-Solving
Maintain effective communication with clients and raise RFIs for challenges such as long lead times or unavailable materials.
Resolve issues by understanding client needs and providing suitable alternatives.
7. Technical Proficiency
Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office.
Possess sound knowledge of architectural materials and related data.
