As an Automation Engineer, you will be the architect of our operational efficiency, orchestrating complex business logic across our Real Estate and Mortgage ecosystems.

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance BPMN workflows in Camunda 8 to automate sales and mortgage operations.
• Develop robust custom components using Node.js and JavaScript for microservices and API communication.
• Integrate our CRM with internal platforms and third-party services to ensure data consistency across the customer lifecycle.
• Implement production-grade error handling, monitoring, and logging to ensure system reliability.
• Lead incident response and performance optimization for all live workflow processes.
• Collaborate with product leaders and architects to define integration patterns and technical documentation standards.
• Translate complex business requirements into clean, automated technical flows.

We are looking for a builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex logic puzzles.

• Strong professional experience in backend development using Node.js and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to work with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.
• Hands-on experience with Camunda 8 (BPMN 2.0) or similar orchestration engines like Temporal or Airflow.
• Proficiency with integration tools and patterns such as Salesforce APIs, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.
• Ability to create monitoring dashboards and alerts to maintain high system uptime.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional team.
