Responsible for serving beverage products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer, present our premium product according the standards set out.

What you'll do ?


  • Beverage Preparation: Consistently prepare high-quality beverages by following Company recipes and standards.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with fast, friendly, and personalized service, building rapport by remembering names, preferences, and favorite orders.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of beverages, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairing options.
  • Quality Consistency: Maintain product standards, even during peak hours or under pressure.
  • Complaint Handling: Report all customer complaints to the manager on duty and resolve minor issues promptly.
  • Guidance & Education: Answer customer inquiries regarding beverage preparation, blends, and product freshness.
  • Stock Management: Weigh, grind, and pack beverages according to customer orders and ensure efficient bar stock ordering and waste control.
  • Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain high hygiene standards and ensure a clean working environment.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on new techniques and trends in beverage preparation to keep offerings fresh and exciting.

What are we looking for?


  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of beverage items, raw products, and techniques to produce consistent, high-quality drinks.
  • Hygiene Standards: Familiarity with basic food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner who can integrate into a new work environment and adapt to high-paced operations.
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated, with the ability to inspire colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
  • Multitasking & Leadership: Exceptional multitasking abilities, with a focus on leadership and maintaining standards under pressure.
