Summary:
As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes on construction projects to ensure efficient collaboration among team members and accurate representation of project information.
Job Responsibility:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to implement BIM processes and standards.
- Develop and maintain BIM models for projects, including 3D modeling and clash detection.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to integrate BIM data into project workflows and decision-making processes.
- Conduct regular model reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Provide BIM training and support to project team members as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BIM technology to continuously improve processes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience working with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutions.
- Certification in BIM management is a plus.
