Job Description

  • Ensure that individual Sales Targets where applicable are met.
  • To understand the Customer in relation to his parts requirement.
  • Quickly identify the parts through the FAST retrieval system or the EPC.
  • Proper communication with the Customer in relation to availability of parts and prices.
  • Give quotation based on customer requirement.
  • Prepare Invoices / Delivery orders of requisitions as required for Supply of parts.
  • Ensure that items as per customers request are eventually supplied. Do follow up with warehouse to arrange the parts for the customer .
  • Answer telephone queries related to parts & prepare Quotations where required. Attend CRM calls and enquiry.
  • Prepare parts estimates to W/shop where required.
  • Communicate by Phone, whatsup or e-mail for orders related to customers.
  • Do Parts Requisition Analysis for loss of sales based on quotation and parts request from Workshop/Counter.
  • Play an active role in Sales promotions to the segment.
  • Suggest improvement in terms of work processes. Do Kaizen at work.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO procedure/AS-Dos & N-CAM.
  • Maintain proper document for sales record.
  • Maintain Customer Database.
  • Follow the Nissan Standard process while dealing with Customer (N-POT).
  • Have good interpersonal skills and work as a team.
  • A minimum of 3 years in the Parts Business at Sales level
  • Computer & Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Spoken Arabic is an advantage
