• Generate business leads internally and externally.
• Minimum target to be achieved: Four times of CTC in profits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients worldwide.
• Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and market/negotiate offered services.
• Leverage company value proposition to expand customer base.
• Develop and maintain best business practices.
• Execute monthly executive summaries for C-level leadership.
• Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building. Work cross-functionally to review pricing, market penetration and service KPIs.
• Responsible for accounts receivable as well as providing all documentation needed for claims resolution. • Drive both revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals and modes.
• Create sales calendar, attend customer events and conduct annual business reviews.
• Clearly understand goals, policies and procedures of the company.
RequirementsSkills required
• Proven communication, management and leadership skills
• Previous experience working with contract management systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and power point presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to write routine reports, letters and documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
