SUMMARY

This is a full time , on-site position based in Dubai , UAE. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities , building strong client relationships and ensuring consistent growth. The candidate should have at least one year of General Insurance sales experience with a good track record.

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

  1. Strong negotiation , sales and client management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  3. Experience in General Insurance sales - minimum 1 year.
  4. Bachelors Degree in any stream.
  5. Proactive mindset with focus on achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
