Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation & Networking


    • Identify potential clients, both residential and commercial, through market research, networking events, and partnerships with real estate agents, architects, and property developers.
    • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and promote the company.
  2. Client Relationship Management


    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, project goals, and preferences.
    • Act as a key contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their expectations align with the company’s deliverables.
  3. Sales & Proposal Development


    • Develop customized proposals that showcase the company’s design and build expertise, addressing client needs and differentiating the company from competitors.
    • Manage the entire sales process, from initial client contact and meetings through proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.
  4. Market Analysis & Strategy


    • Conduct regular market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, and client demands.
    • Use insights to inform strategies for new service offerings, market positioning, and pricing.
  5. Collaborating with Design & Operations Teams


    • Work closely with the design and build teams to understand the project portfolio, timelines, and technical capabilities.
    • Coordinate with these teams to ensure client requirements are accurately conveyed and met throughout the project.


RequirementsEducational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is usually required. An additional background in interior design, architecture, or construction management can be highly beneficial.
Relevant Experience:
  • Typically, 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, ideally within the interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets of Dhs 22M and growing a client base, especially for services related to design and construction.
