Take over a key role as a Category Manager (Salon & Spa) inthe Business Development - UAE department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
What we expect from you:
- Own the commercial performance of the Salon & Spa category, driving revenue, margin, and partner success across beauty and wellness services
- Analyze category performance, customer preferences, and demand patterns to build clear revenue-focused action plans
- Negotiate effectively with salon/spa partners to secure premium pricing, value-added bundles, and exclusive promotions
- Plan and execute campaigns with Marketing for peak moments (weekends, gifting occasions, seasonal self-care periods)
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to optimize pricing, availability, and service delivery across home and salon offerings
- Monitor partner performance and ensure accountability through ongoing business reviews
- Forecast demand for key categories such as hairstyling, grooming, and massage services, aligning partner capacity with peak bookings
- Track, measure, and report KPIs, presenting recommendations that support faster and better decision-making
- Stay updated on beauty/wellness trends and competitor offers to continuously elevate the category experience
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in category management, vendor management, or commercial roles
- Proven track record managing category performance, pricing, and partner relationships
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and commercial performance analysis
- Solid negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence partners and internal teams
- Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance
- Ownership mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in beauty, wellness, e-commerce, or on-demand services (nice-to-have)
